According to benchmark data from Elgiganten, the storage achieves a reading speed of 6 952,26 MB/s and a writing speed of 5 608,43 MB/s. Cinebench 2026 tests recorded a multi-thread CPU score of 2 479 poäng and a single-thread score of 486. Power is supplied by a 59 Wh battery, which Elgiganten tests show lasts approximately 1 tim 40 min under high load and high brightness, and around 13 tim under low load and low brightness. The machine charges via a 40–45 W usb-pd adapter, though Elgiganten notes that a charger is not included in the box. Elgiganten observes that Samsung preinstalls a small collection of proprietary programs and services, such as a photo gallery and a notes app that duplicate existing Windows functions. While these utilities provide added value when paired with a Galaxy phone or tablet, Elgiganten points out that the Galaxy Book 6 does not include the Galaxy AI features found on Samsung mobile devices and tablets.
