Trondheim Taxis Gone Wild: Driver and Two Female Passengers In Late-Night Brawl
In a bizarre turn of events, a cabbie in Trondheim found himself on the wrong end of a late-night altercation with two female passengers, leading to a call to the police and both parties exchanging accusations.
The taxi driver contacted local law enforcement on Monday morning, around 1:28 AM, alleging that he’d been assaulted by the two women. The incident took place after they disembarked near an address in the city, prompting a swift response from the Trøndelag Police District.
Upon their arrival, officers quickly made contact with the females involved. They refuted the driver’s claim of innocence, with one of them confirming she had struck the taxi driver but maintained that he had also assaulted her.
Operational leader Einar Larsen Røstum revealed that both parties have been informed of their right to press charges, leaving the situation in a state of uncertainty.
Police reports indicate that the scene was subsequently cleared. As of now, no further details have been released, leaving the public conjecturing about what sparked this unorthodox encounter.
