Power Restored to Most Areas: Villages in Voneshta Voda Remain Without Electricity
The power situation in Bulgaria has improved significantly, with only a few populated areas still without electricity, according to Mayor Yancho Pavlov of Voneshta Voda village.
Commenting on the ongoing power outages, Mayor Pavlov attributed the issue to uncleared paths, reduced workforce in teams, and inadequate communication among them. He suggested that municipality leaders should be able to monitor the work of Electricity Distribution Companies (EDCs) in maintaining clear paths.
"Perhaps the servitude zone should be enlarged, and the state should introduce legislative changes for this servitude zone," Pavlov stated, adding that the current zoneым*** There is no clearing of paths in the servitude zone located in private properties due to the absence of an entity to enforce such actions on property owners.
