The Georgia STEM Day is part of a statewide series sponsored by the Georgia Department of Education. Students will have the opportunity to participate in hands-on activities led by college instructors and industry professionals.
Activities will focus on four key areas: Space Exploration, where attendees can launch air rockets and view the stars; Robotics and Tech, featuring demonstrations and interaction with 3D printing and LEGO education; Health and Wellbeing, offering insights into the human body from Columbus State’s exercise science and nursing programs; and Science and Nature, with animals from CSU’s Oxbow Meadows Environmental Learning Center and interactive experiments.
