Epic Games has integrated Matt Damon’s portrayal of Odysseus from Christopher Nolan’s upcoming film, The Odyssey, into Fortnite. Players can unlock the character skin by competing in the Solo Odyssey Cup before July 16 or by purchasing it through the in-game item shop beginning July 17 at 8 p.m. ET, according to an official announcement from Epic Games.

The collaboration centers on the aesthetic of Nolan’s 13th directorial feature. Epic Games is offering the Odysseus outfit as a reward for top performers in the Solo Odyssey Cup, a competitive event spanning both Battle Royale and Zero Build modes. The challenge concludes on July 16.
For players who do not earn the skin through tournament play, the character will be available for purchase starting July 17. The release is timed to align with the film’s theatrical debut. The Odysseus skin includes a helmeted alternate style, the Odysseus’ bow back bling, and an Odysseus’ sword pickaxe. Additionally, the Agamemnon skin, modeled after Benny Safdie’s character, will be available with a shield back bling and sword pickaxe.
