Ukraine Downs All 16 Russian Drones Launched in Overnight Attack
In an overnight countermeasure, Ukrainian forces successfully neutralized all 16 Russian drones launched against the nation, according to a statement from the Ukrainian Air Force.
In a swift and precise response, Ukrainian air defenses shot down 15 of the incoming drones. The remaining one was identified as an imitation, designed to mislead Ukrainian forces.
The drones were intercepted in the Nikolaev region, with all 15 destroyed drones falling within this area. Fortunately, no casualties were reported despite damage to both a local enterprise’s property and a residential building in the city of Nikolaev.
