The Northeast Monsoon, known as the ‘Amihan,’ will continue to bring cloudy skies and light rains to several regions of the Philippines on Monday.

According to the state weather bureau’s 4 a.m. Public weather forecast, the Bicol Region, Batanes, Cagayan, Isabela, Nueva Vizcaya, Apayao, Kalinga, and Mountain Province will experience cloudy skies with light rains due to the Amihan.
