Man Shot and Kidnapped Outside Culiacán Hospital
Culiacán, Sinaloa – In a shocking turn of events, a man identified as 28-year-old Adolfo "S." was shot and subsequently kidnapped outside a local hospital on the afternoon of January 3rd. According to reports, Adolfo was rushed to the hospital around 1:00 PM, injured from a gunshot wound. However, his exact location when shot and his condition upon arrival remain unknown.
Witnesses reported that minutes after Adolfo was admitted, armed men stormed the hospital and took him against his will. The hospital staff immediately alerted the emergency services (9-1-1), but the criminals managed to flee the scene before authorities arrived.
The Sinaloa State Attorney General’s Office (FGE) has since taken over the case, conducting investigations at the scene to shed light on this brazen act. Authorities are still unaware if this incident is connected to an earlier shooting in the Guadalupe Victoria neighborhood, where one man was killed, and another motorcyclist was injured.
