Authorities have released a detailed description of the man to assist in his identification. He is described as possibly being of Pacific Islander descent, approximately 172cm tall, with a horse tail haircut.
The suspect likewise has a neck tattoo depicting a Gothic or Irish clover, or something similar. Most notably, he was barefoot and wearing red and white-striped candy cane boxer shorts.
Detective Senior Sergeant Kirk noted that people heading to work in the early hours may have encountered the man. She emphasized that someone likely knows the individual and urged them to contact police to resolve the matter.
