Drachten Crash: Auto and Delivery Truck Collide at MLK/Haverstuk Crossing
DRACHTEN – In a Monday afternoon incident, an automobile and a delivery truck collided at the intersection of Martin Luther Kingsingel and Haverstuk in Drachten, disrupting traffic momentarily.
Emergency services responded promptly at around 17:22 hours to the scene of the crash. Both the police and an ambulance arrived swiftly, investigating the cause of the collision, which remains undetermined. Fortunately, no injuries were reported, andjections were made on-site by the medical team, making hospitalization unnecessary.
The police conducted an investigation into the incident, with traffic being temporarily affected. A tow truck operator safely removed the vehicles from the scene.
