A new generation of stars is poised to represent the United States on the international basketball stage. Caitlin Clark, Angel Reese, and Paige Bueckers will produce their debuts with the U.S. Senior national team at the FIBA Women’s World Cup qualifying tournament in San Juan, Puerto Rico, from March 11-17.
A New Era for USA Basketball
The inclusion of Clark, the Indiana Fever’s 2024 WNBA Rookie of the Year, and Bueckers, who earned the same honor although playing for the Dallas Wings, marks a significant moment for USA Basketball.
