In a harrowing turn of events, 54-year-old Jahrah vanished without a trace while collecting rubber in Indonesia’s Jambi province. Her husband, desperate for answers, searched for her and found only her sandals, jacket, and the knife she was carrying. What he didn’t expect to find was a monstrous python with an unusually bloated belly nearby.
As reported by Unilad, local police chief Hamka suspected that the snake had swallowed Jahrah whole. The villagers, fearing the worst, killed the python and discovered Jahrah’s intact body inside it. Pytons are known to constrict their prey before consuming them, and this one was estimated to be between 16 to 23 feet long.

YouTuber Zack D Films recently shared an animation that reenacts the chilling incident. The video depicts the python attacking Jahrah from behind, compressing her body, and swallowing her whole. "Rescue teams found her sandals and machete scattered on the ground, but no sign of her," the narrator explains. "Later, they discovered the snake with an exceedingly large belly."
The animation concludes with the villagers’ grim discovery: Jahrah’s intact body within the python’s stomach. The video has sparked strong reactions on social media, with one user commented, "Where did she go? Suspicious woman-shaped python."
