Reality television star Chrishell Stause and Australian musician G Flip have separated after more than four years together, with Stause posting an emotional announcement on Instagram on October 26, 2026, followed by a separate statement from G Flip confirming the end of their relationship.
The relationship between Chrishell Stause and G Flip came to an end after more than four years, prompting widespread reaction across social media and the entertainment industry. Stause announced the separation in a tearful video shared to Instagram on October 26, 2026, telling followers that she wanted to provide a direct update rather than a cold written statement
after years of public support.
I have a pretty humbling update to share with you guys,
Stause began in her video message. G and I are no longer together, and we have agreed to treat this public separation with love and respect for each other.
The 45-year-old actor and reality television star was previously married to “This Is Us” actor Justin Hartley from 2017 to 2019, with their divorce finalized on February 22, 2021. Stause and the 33-year-old Australian musician—whose real name is Georgia Claire Flipo—first connected at a Halloween party in October 2021 after Stause was stood up, a meeting the musician later recounted to Vogue Australia. Stause confirmed their relationship during the Season 5 reunion of Selling Sunset in May 2022. Over the course of their relationship, G Flip appeared on subsequent seasons of the Netflix reality series, while Stause featured prominently in the music video for G Flip’s song Get Me Outta Here. Stause previously dated her Selling Sunset boss Jason Oppenheim in 2021 before the two remained friends after their separation, and Stause announced she was leaving the series after nine seasons in November.
Ceremonies, Unofficial Marriages, and Long-Distance Strain
Throughout their time together, the couple celebrated their bond through multiple high-profile ceremonies. Despite exchanging vows multiple times, TMZ reported that the pair were never legally married.

Behind the scenes, changing romantic feelings and distance strained the partnership. Friends and fellow reality stars rushed to the comments of Stause’s video to offer support, including The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives star Jessi Draper.
Reactions Across the Entertainment Industry
Colleagues and former castmates quickly responded to the split. Jason Oppenheim left a supportive comment on her post, telling her that he was really sorry to hear the news, sending his love, and noting that sometimes things just don’t work out without anyone failing.
Other reactions proved more complicated due to prior conflicts involving an April 2025 dispute over an Instagram Story tagging MAGA Bracelets and subsequent discussions during the November 5, 2025 reunion. Bre Tiesi, appearing on TMZ Live on October 27, 2026, laughed when asked about the separation before mentioning past public friction between her and Stause. Tiesi also speculated about Stause’s future dating life during the appearance, wondering whether she would date a man or a woman next.
