LOS ANGELES — Los Angeles Union Station has entered a new era of hospitality as the independent brewery Everywhere has officially opened its fifth taproom within the landmark’s historic Fred Harvey Room. The move marks a significant evolution for both the Orange County-born brewery and the 1939 transit hub.
A Historic Venue Reimagined
The new taproom occupies the cavernous Fred Harvey Room, a space celebrated for its Art Deco design, soaring ceilings, and intricate architectural details. By moving into a space that dates back to the station’s original 1939 debut, Everywhere is providing visitors with a unique opportunity to experience the building’s signature blend of Spanish Colonial Revival, Mission Revival, and Art Deco styles while accessing the brewery’s established lineup of IPAs and seltzers.

Strategic Expansion and Diversification
Since its launch in 2022, Everywhere has expanded its footprint to include locations in Orange, Long Beach, Portland, and a New York City pop-up. The Union Station site, however, represents a departure from the brewery’s standard model. For the first time, Everywhere is debuting dedicated food and cocktail programs, signaling a broader strategy to cater to travelers, commuters, and destination seekers alike.
Looking Ahead: The Station as a Hub
The timing of this opening places the brewery at a critical juncture for the station. As Los Angeles prepares for major international events, including the designation of Union Station as an official World Cup 26 Fan Zone, the taproom is positioned to serve as a central gathering point for global visitors.
In the near term, the brewery is likely to become a primary transit stop for sports fans, particularly those utilizing the Dodger Express to travel to Chavez Ravine. The brewery’s stated intent to host watch parties and fan gatherings suggests that the venue could evolve into a high-traffic social hub. As the station approaches its upcoming high-profile milestones, the taproom’s ability to integrate community-focused events into its historic setting may define its long-term success as a destination within the city’s transit infrastructure.
