Hoarding had been used to cordoned off the restaurant space when The Straits Times visited The Clementi Mall on the afternoon of Sept 17. A notice dated Sept 16 confirmed that the outlet’s tenancy had been forfeited, and the location was listed as permanently closed on Google as of Sept 17.

Crystal Jade Group stated that the closures form part of an ongoing, planned review of its operations and outlet network to ensure the business remains aligned with evolving market conditions and long-term priorities.
