Nicola Tynan, formerly of Clondalkin, Dublin, and residing at Webbsboro Cottage, Ballyfoyle, Co. Kilkenny, passed away peacefully on February 19th, 2026, at the Southeast Palliative Care Centre, U.H.W. She is remembered as a beloved wife and mother.
A Life Remembered
Nicola is survived by her husband, Ken, and their three daughters, Abigail, Isabelle, and Charlotte. She was predeceased by her father, Christy. Her passing will be deeply felt by her mother, Noleen, her siblings Ruth and Gavin, as well as her extended family including parents-in-law, sisters-in-law, a brother-in-law, aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
Arrangements have been made for family and friends to pay their respects. Nicola will be reposing at Johnston’s Funeral Home, John’s Green, Kilkenny (R95XE00) on Sunday, February 22nd, from 5pm to 7pm, with prayers recited at 6:30pm.
A Requiem Mass will be held on Monday at 11:30am in St. Brendan’s Church, Muckalee, Co. Kilkenny (R95R594). Following the Mass, a cremation service will take place at Newlands Cross Crematorium, Dublin (D24K1CY) at 2:30pm.
