Swimmer Caeleb Dressel has broken two world records in the International Swimming League (ISL) within an hour. The American swam the 100-meter butterfly in the short course races in Budapest in 47.78 seconds.
The 24-year-old Dressel thus improved the record held by Chad le Clos since December 2016. The South African swam the 100 meter butterfly stroke in 48.08 seconds four years ago.
Moments later, the Dressel in Budapest also set its own world record on the 50 free, from 20.24 to 20.16.
