Breaking: Russia Strikes Industrial Infrastructure in Zaphorizhzhia; Casualty and Damage Assessment Underway
In the latest round of attacks, Russian forces launched a rocket strike on Zaphorizhzhia on Thursday evening, December 26, targeting the city’s industrial infrastructure. Regional authorities have confirmed the strike but are still assessing the extent of the damage and casualties.
Ivan Fedorov, the head of Zaphorizhzhia’s Regional Military Administration, confirmed the attack, stating, "The enemy maliciously targeted our city’s industrial infrastructure." As of now, no fatalities or injuries have been reported, but investigations are ongoing.
Earlier in the day, a Russian rocket hit a residential building in the Dnipropetrovsk region, injuring a woman. The region’s governor, Valentyn Reznichenko, reported the incident, emphasizing the escalating danger faced by civilians in the affected areas.
