Explosion RocksBelgorod-Dniestrovsky, Odessa Region; No Injuries Reported
Ukrainian police and security services are at the scene of an explosion in Belgorod-Dniestrovsky, Odessa region. The incident occurred around 2 PM near a state institution, but fortunately, no one was hurt.
Authorities are currently investigating the cause of the explosion. Local Telegram channels and the Odessa Police website have reported that National Police, the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU), and the State Emergency Service of Ukraine are all working at the scene to determine the circumstances.
A video circulating on Telegram purports to show a woman leaving two packages outside the building and by a parked vehicle belonging to the Military Service of Order of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. She then leaves, and shortly after, the explosion occurs. However, it is yet to be confirmed if this woman is connected to the incident.
