The Ambulance Service of Groningen, Ambulancezorg Groningen, is on the hunt for 60 new colleagues to join its team. This urgent call comes as part of its mission to continue providing top-notch medical care across the province.
"Our demand keeps growing, so we need to expand our team," says Maaike van der Grinten, director of Ambulancezorg Groningen. "We’re looking for dedicated individuals who can keep up with the pressure and truly make a difference in people’s lives."
The service provider is searching for Emergency Medical Technicians (EMTs) and paramedics to bolster its ranks. As a core part of the healthcare system, Ambulancezorg Groningen responds to a wide range of emergencies, from life-threatening situations to non-emergency medical transports.
"Being an ambulance professional means working in a fast-paced, unpredictable environment," Van der Grinten continues. "You need to be flexible, resilient, and always ready to face whatever comes next. But it’s also incredibly rewarding. You’re out there, making a real impact every single day."
