The initial incident took place at 8:20 AM on Jalan Andong II, Palmerah, where the victim discovered the suspects stealing a motorcycle from their home.
The victim attempted to recover the motorcycle and apprehend the suspects, successfully securing the vehicle initially. However, the suspects resisted, and one of them discharged a firearm three times in the direction of a witness, identified as ‘M’, who was assisting the victim. The suspects then escaped.
Following the incident, Vebran Vernando was located and arrested in Yogyakarta on Friday, January 9th. Robi Candra was apprehended in Cimahi, West Java, on Saturday, January 10th, at 3:06 AM.
