A Limerick man has died following an illness, with funeral arrangements now confirmed for later this week. The death of the Ballinacurra Weston resident occurred suddenly on July 13th, 2026, at his home.
Funeral Schedule and Services
The Hannan family has announced a series of services to honor the deceased. Reposing will take place at Cross’s Funeral Home on Gerald Griffin Street on Thursday, July 16th, 2026, from 5 pm to 6.30 pm. Following the repose, the remains will be moved to Our Lady of Lourdes Church on Childers Road.
A Requiem Mass is scheduled for Friday, July 17th, at 12 noon. The funeral will proceed to Mount St. Oliver Cemetery for burial following the conclusion of the Mass.
