“Using this integration means your infrastructure stays isolated because the chat app is just the interface,” Lurey explained. “The encryption and verification happen entirely in your environment, so credentials never exist in transit, whether to Google’s infrastructure or ours.”

Administrators can configure time-limited access windows, apply approval-routing policies, and maintain centralized audit trails tied directly to access decisions. Real-time notifications route to dedicated channels where approvers can act on requests during ongoing operational discussions. Setup is managed through a guided installation process utilizing Keeper Secrets Manager to store configuration details and credentials safely.
The integration is available immediately for customers holding active Keeper Secrets Manager or KeeperPAM licences. By consolidating requests, endpoint privilege elevations, and federated authentication workflows into chat platforms, security teams aim to minimize operational friction while maintaining rigorous control over high-priority administrator accounts and secrets.
