Makarivka Battle: Earlier Developments
Yesterday, the operational-strategic group "Hortytsia" refuted claims that Ukrainian Defense Forces units were surrounded in Makarivka, Donetsk region.
Previously, on December 14, DeepState warned that the Ukrainian garrison in Makarivka, Donetsk region, was at risk of being encircled: "We spoke to the guys who are leading the defensive efforts near and within the settlement of Makarivka. Yesterday, the enemy crossed the river and is trying to establish a foothold west of Storozhove. Additionally, offensive actions by the enemy from Rovenпол are ongoing, aiming to reach Neskochne. This way, the Russians will completely cut off our forces in Makarivka."
