Starting January 1, Jalisco residents can benefit from the 3×1 Paquete, an economical and practical solution for vehicle-related procedures. This unique offer combines the refrendo of the circulation card, replacement of ‘Collage’ design plates, and vehicle verification, all bundled at a fixed cost of MXN 900, plus mandatory contributions to the Red Cross and Museo Cabañas.
This sum represents a significant savings for vehicle owners, as obtaining each service separately could total up to MXN 3,500. Moreover, a 50% discount on changing the owner’s details is available during this period. The 3×1 Paquete is set to continue until December 31, 2025.
Obtaining New Plates: Step-by-Step
To acquire new ‘Collage’ design plates, follow these simple steps:
- Schedule an appointment using an active email account.
- Visit your chosen module on the appointment date, carrying your valid official ID, recent utility bill (not older than 90 days), and the vehicle’s invoice.
- Deliver and verify: Hand in your old plates at the module for proper disposal. After confirming vehicle details, you will receive the new plates.

- Not be a 2025 model
- Not have been previously registered in another state
- Be free of debts (online debt settlement is required to qualify for debt forgiveness)
