The competition committee modified kickoff times following requests from the broadcast rights holder, as published on mlsz.hu.
OTP Bank Liga Schedule Adjustments
Energy-saving measures forced schedule changes across the third round of top-tier fixtures. According to the official announcement, matches are set to begin earlier in the afternoon to reduce electricity dependence.
- Friday (17:30): MTK Budapest vs. Puskás Akadémia FC (broadcast on M4 Sport)
- Saturday (15:30): Vasas FC vs. ZTE FC (broadcast on M4 Sport)
- Saturday (17:30): Kisvárda Master Good vs. Újpest FC (broadcast on M4 Sport)
- Sunday (15:30): Paksi FC vs. Kispest-Honvéd FC (broadcast on M4 Sport)
- Sunday (17:30): Debreceni VSC vs. Nyíregyháza Spartacus (broadcast on M4 Sport)
Additionally, the match between ETO FC and Ferencvárosi TC was postponed. According to available information, the fixture will be rescheduled for September.
Lower Division and League Adjustments
The MLSZ also adjusted kickoff times for the 3rd and 4th rounds of the NB II. Except for one fixture, every match in those rounds starts at 17:30, according to official scheduling updates. Meanwhile, NB III fixtures for the weekend’s 2nd round faced a postponement and were pushed back to August 12.
