Charlotte Delbès brings over 20 years of international marketing experience, primarily from BIC, where she held key strategic roles including Vice President of Group Marketing and leadership of global marketing teams for the razor and writing divisions. She also led organizational transformations within the marketing function on a global scale. Most recently, since 2023, she served as Chief Marketing Officer of ME Group (Photomaton, Wash.ME…), overseeing restructuring of the digital ecosystem, brand strategy, and innovation across 19 markets.

Delbès’ background demonstrates expertise in managing international brands, organizational change, and large-scale development – skills deemed crucial for NEOMA’s evolving ambitions.
