Troms Police Singles a Busy New Year’s Eve with Multiple Incidents

- shortly after: A minor involved in multiple disturbances was banned from the city center, also facing charges of public disorder.
- around 03:25 AM: An individual was arrested for assaulting a stranger from behind and harassing others, joining the previous arrestees in the drunkeness cell.
- shortly before 03:30 AM: Another individual was ejected from a bar and prohibited from the city center for the rest of the night after refusing to leave and pushing a doorman.
Later, two individuals were involved in a fight in the city center. One was banned, the other arrested and detained in a drunkeness cell.
Police also had to attend a noisy private party in Tromsø, which was shut down following noise complaints from sleep-deprived neighbors.
