The U.S. House Oversight Committee released 19 additional photographs from the estate of the late financier Jeffrey Epstein, a convicted sex offender, on Friday.
Key figures in the new images
The pictures show U.S. President Donald Trump, Microsoft co‑founder Bill Gates and Britain’s Prince Andrew, among others.
Officials say there is no evidence that the images show any illegal activity, and many of the individuals pictured have denied any wrongdoing. The releases are not the full set the Justice Department must turn over by Dec. 19, and several of the pictures have been public for years.
Trump has said he was friends with Epstein for years but that they “parted ways” around 2004, well before Epstein’s first arrest.
Democratic Representative Robert García told reporters the committee is reviewing “more than 95,000 photos” supplied by Epstein’s heirs and will continue to release material “in the coming days and weeks.”
Donald Trump’s images
Trump appears in three of the 19 released photos, including a second‑generation image of him on red envelopes labeled “Condom Trump.”
One picture shows Trump flanked by women whose faces are digitally blurred; another shows him with model Ingrid Seynhaeve at a 1997 Victoria’s Secret party, a scene previously in the public domain.
Other well‑known figures captured in the set include former President Bill Clinton, Prince Andrew, former Trump adviser Steve Bannon, director Woody Allen, economist Larry Summers, attorney Alan Dershowitz, billionaire Richard Branson and Bill Gates. Epstein does not appear in every shot.
Steve Bannon’s proximity
Several images show former Trump adviser Steve Bannon alongside Epstein. The committee’s November document dump included 2018 text messages between the two, in which Bannon discussed a delayed Oxford Union speech and a Gulf Air flight. The name “Bannon” was omitted from the original release; the BBC identified him by cross‑referencing dates and locations. Bannon, who faces no charges, declined to comment.
Bill Clinton, Ghislaine Maxwell and the Epstein plane
A photo shows Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell beside former President Clinton and two unidentified individuals, apparently signed by Clinton.
Clinton’s team confirmed he took four trips on Epstein’s private jet in 2002‑03; other reports cite up to 26 flights. Clinton has denied any knowledge of Epstein’s crimes, saying in 2019 he was unaware of the “terrible crimes” the financier later pleaded guilty to in Florida or was charged with in New York.
