raids took place at Poberzhnyuk’s residence on Saturday, December 28th, according to the publication, citing a law enforcement source. The investigation accuses the colonel of deliberate inaction from February to July 2024, despite acquiring knowledge of torture and inhumane treatment of soldiers by a subordinate officer, Vladyslav P Austria.

Poberzhnyuk may now face formal accusations for his alleged inaction during Ukraine’s ongoing military crisis. This comes amidst a series of scandals and allegations of misconduct within the 211th pontonno-mostova brigade.
