GRABOVSKI, December 27, 2024 – UniCredit Bulbank has released an official statement, sent to thousands of clients via the institution’s mobile application. Here’s what you need to know:
Holiday Banking Hours Update
Dear Valued Clients,
In light of upcoming holiday and New Year celebrations, and in line with the year-end closure procedures as per regulations from the Ministry of Finance, the Bulgarian National Bank, and BORICA, UniCredit Bulbank has announced the following service hours for client operations via its electronic channels:
- Internal, immediate, and BISERA transfers will be accepted until 7:00 PM on December 31, 2024.
- RINGS transfers will be accepted until 2:30 PM on December 31, 2024.
- SEPA payment orders for foreign currency transfers should be submitted by 12:30 PM on December 31, 2024.
- Deposit orders submitted after the specified deadlines will be executed on the first working day of 2025.
Furthermore, UniCredit Bulbank branches will operate until 1:00 PM on December 31, 2024.
