The Social Housing Construction Status Report (CSR) reveals that 1,314 new social homes are currently in the “delivery pipeline” for the county. This figure represents a significant increase over the 140 new-build social homes completed in Donegal during 2025.
As of the fourth quarter of 2025, 474 of these homes were actively under construction. An additional 840 units were recorded at the design or tender stage during the same period.
