LINGAYEN, PANGASINAN — The Provincial Government of Pangasinan has launched ‘Project Masanting,’ a first-of-its-kind designer’s camp aimed at identifying local talent to serve as the Official Wardrobe Providers for the Limgas na Pangasinan 2026 pageant.
A Platform for Pangasinan’s Designers
Initiated by Governor Ramon V. Guico III, Project Masanting seeks to elevate the Limgas na Pangasinan pageant by incorporating the skills of Pangasinan’s fashion designers. The project builds on the work of Pangasinan First Lady Maan Tuazon-Guico, who has been central to transforming Limgas na Pangasinan into a showcase of the province’s beauty, talent, and cultural heritage.
Under Mrs. Guico’s leadership, Limgas na Pangasinan has emphasized the importance of celebrating “ganda at galing” – beauty and talent – of Pangasinense women. Project Masanting extends this celebration to include the province’s creative community.
