Russian authorities officially confirmed that the unmanned aerial vehicle strike triggered the large blaze at the Tyumen site, which sits over 2,000 kilometers away from Ukraine. Industry figures show the refinery has a nominal design capacity of roughly nine million tonnes of raw feedstock per year.
