Pilar Alegría Launches PSOE Aragon Candidacy: “A Project for All”

PSOE de Aragón: Pilar Alegría Presenting candidacy for Secretary General with inclusive project

Madrid, Dec 21 ( ONDA CERO/ Agencias). – The Socialist Party of Aragón (PSOE de Aragón) saw Pilar Alegría, Minister of Education and Government Spokesperson, present her candidacy to become the party’s Secretary General in the region. Alegría’s candidacy has the full support of the Huesca federation, aligning with the central counterpart in Ferraz, but there is yet to be confirmation on whether the Zaragoza and Teruel federations will put forth additional candidates, potentially more aligned with the views of the current incumbent, Javier Lambán.

Pilar Alegría, presenting a candidacy based on the "inclusion of everyone" and "not excluding anyone," has shown her intention to lead the socialist party in Aragón. This announcement comes as the PSOE de Aragón prepares for its 40th regional congress, scheduled for February 22 and 23, 2025, in Huesca.
