Title: Latest Premier Reshuffles: Three New Decisions from Prime Minister Dr. Mustafa Madbouli in 2024
Egyptian Official Gazette issued in its 51st edition on Thursday, December 19, 2024, three new decisions by Prime Minister Dr. Mustafa Madbouli, bearing numbers ‘3510’, ‘3927’, and ‘3928’ for the year 2024.
Decision 3510/2024: The Prime Minister dictated the allocation, free of charge, of a state-owned plots of land measuring 400 square meters inarayid Muhammad, Nazlat al-Badran,elsen Deir Mawas, Minya Governorate. This land, a donation from citizen Yasir Fakhry Abd al-Daim Shata, will be allocated to the Egyptian Engineering Authority for the establishment of a wastewater lift station.
Decision 3927/2024: The first clause states that the expansion project of the wastewater treatment plant in the village of Khekh and the connecting road to the treatment plant, both part of the wastewater project for the service of the villages of the Center of Yusuf al-Siddiq, Khekh Center, Abshaway, Fayoum Governorate, is considered a public utility work. This project is to be executed by the Egyptian Engineering Authority.
Decision 3928/2024: The Prime Minister declared the project of constructing a water transportation network for agricultural and treated wastewater in West Delta and Alexandria, and the construction of a 7.5 million cubic meter per day wastewater treatment plant, as a public utility work. This project aims to enhance and cultivate new lands in the Delta region.
Besides the aforementioned decisions, the Cabinet of Ministers adopted further resolutions during its meeting on Thursday, as excerpted in the 51st issue of the Official Gazette.
