Ravens Seek Home Turf Turnaround Against Titans

The Baltimore Ravens host the winless Tennessee Titans on Sunday afternoon at M&T Bank Stadium, facing pressure to protect their home turf after dropping four consecutive home games while dealing with line and defensive injuries.

Entering Week 4 of the NFL regular season, the winless Tennessee Titans travel to face the Baltimore Ravens at M&T Bank Stadium on Sunday, October 4, 2026, with kickoff scheduled for 1 p.m. ET. The Ravens enter the matchup at 2-1, while the Titans look to snap an 0-3 start.

Baltimore is looking to avoid another slip-up at home, where the franchise has dropped four straight games dating back to last November.

“We need to win at home. We need to protect our home turf. And that has to be the emphasis, that has to be the focus for us to go out there and do that on Sunday, but it starts this week [and in] this practice, for us to move forward and get to that point”

Quarterback Lamar Jackson echoed those sentiments regarding the urgency to deliver for the home crowd, noting that the Ravens dropped their previous home games against the Titans.

“[There’s] a lot of urgency. [In our] home opener [we] came up short in front of our home crowd. [It’s] very disappointing to not just us but Flock Nation. There is definitely urgency to win back at home. We lost the last two home games to the [Tennessee] Titans, so definitely there is urgency”

Safety Kyle Hamilton warned against taking any opponent lightly in the professional ranks, drawing a contrast with college football matchups.

“I think that is something that in this league can be lost at times”

“You watch college football, and you see these big Power Four schools playing against smaller teams. There is none of that going on in the NFL.”

Both Squads Face Roster Losses and Injury Concerns

Both teams enter Sunday’s contest managing personnel losses. The Ravens will be without Trey Hendrickson due to a finger injury, forcing Mike Green and undrafted rookie Ethan Burke into larger defensive roles. Baltimore is also facing a crisis at center with Ethan Pocic, Jovaughn Gwyn, and Danny Pinter unavailable, setting up first-round draft pick Vega Ioane to make his first career start at the position after stepping in briefly during Week 3.

Ioane will immediately face Titans defensive lineman Jeffery Simmons. Meanwhile, Ravens wide receiver Zay Flowers is expected to play despite managing a hamstring issue, while offensive tackle Ronnie Stanley is questionable.

The Titans are dealing with their own protection vulnerabilities after placing right guard Fernando Carmona and backup Jackson Slater on injured reserve earlier in the week due to ankle and foot procedures. Tennessee running back Tyjae Spears is questionable with an ankle injury after missing practice Wednesday and returning to full participation by Friday, while safety Kevin Winston Jr. carries a questionable tag.

Titans Face Statistical Odds in Baltimore

Statistical indicators highlight an uphill climb for the visiting Titans. Second-year quarterback Cam Ward sits at the bottom in passing yardage among starting quarterbacks who have played every game this season, leading to heavy betting odds favoring the Ravens by 11.5 points.
