Breaking: Russian Tu-95M Bears Take to Skies; Ukraine Urges Vigilance
In the early hours of December 25th, the Ukrainian Air Force sounded the alert as multiple Tupolev Tu-95MС (Bear) strategic bombers were detected taking off from the Russian aeroe territory of Olenya in Murmansk Oblast.
"confirmed departure of a group of Tu-95MS from Olenya Airbase in Murmansk region, Russia. Heading south," read the official statement from the Ukrainian Air Force.
