As of Monday morning, January 6, Russia has suffered heavy losses in the past day alone, with approximately 1,550 troops killed. Additionally, Moscow has lost:
- 14 tanks, bringing the total to 9,700 since the invasion began
- 45 armored fighting vehicles, adding to the 20,164 total lost
- 62 artillery systems, with the overall total now standing at 21,665
- 1 multiple launch rocket system (MLRS), making it 1,258 lost in total
- 2 air defense systems, with 1,034 lost overall
- 369 aircraft since the invasion began
