Secret Document: Vladimir Putin Plans Trump’s Victory With Spy Agents

Merdeka.com – According to a leaked Kremlin document, Russian President Vladimir Putin personally approved the operation of the secret spy agency to support Donald Trump “mentally unstable” in the 2016 US presidential election.

The important meeting took place on January 22, 2016, as mentioned in the document, and was attended by Putin, the head of the spy agency, and senior ministers.

They agreed that having Trump in the White House would help secure Moscow’s strategic goals, including “social chaos” in the US and weakening the negotiating position of the US president.

Three Russian spy agencies were ordered to find practical ways to support Trump, in a decree also bearing Putin’s signature. This was quoted from The Guardian, Friday (16/7).

A report prepared by Putin’s team of experts recommended Moscow use “all possible force” to ensure Trump’s victory.

Western intelligence agencies are known to have studied the documents for several months and examined them closely. The document, seen by the Guardian, appears to represent a serious and highly unusual leak from within the Kremlin.

The Guardian has shown the document to independent experts who say it appears to be genuine. Incidental details are considered accurate. The overall style and drive is said to be consistent with the Kremlin’s security thinking.

When contacted by The Guardian on Thursday morning, Kremlin spokesman Dmitri Peskov responded nonchalantly, saying reports of Russian leaders meeting and agreeing to support Trump at a meeting in early 2016 were “tremendously cheap fiction”.

The document “No 32-04 vd” is classified as confidential. The document says Trump is the “most promising candidate” from the Kremlin’s point of view. The word in Russian is “perspektivny”.

There is a brief psychological assessment of Trump, who is described as “impulsive, mentally unstable, and an unbalanced person with feelings of inferiority”.

There is also clear confirmation that the Kremlin has “compromis”, or potentially harmful material, regarding the future president, which was collected – according to the document – from “Trump’s previous unofficial visits to the territory of the Russian Federation”.

This document refers to “certain events” that occurred during Trump’s trip to Moscow. Security council members are invited to find details in appendix five, at paragraph five. However, it is not clear what the contents of the attachment are.

“It is imperative to use all possible powers to facilitate the election of (Trump) to the office of US president,” the document said.

The document also predicts that Trump’s victory will help realize the “theoretical political scenario” Russia favors. Trump’s victory “will inevitably lead to the destabilization of the US socio-political system” and see hidden discontent burst into the open.
