Šiaulių bankas AB, a company listed on the NASDAQ OMX Vilnius, has seen a boost in its investment in multifamily housing renovation following collaborations with Lithuania’s Ministry of the Environment and the European Investment Bank (EIB). The bank’s CEO, Vytautas Sinius, recently revealed that these strategic partnerships have led to a significant increase in investments.
The bank has signed an agreement with the EIB, which will see its investment in multifamily housing renovation projects grow by €60 million, raising the total investment to €255 million.
