Brace for Snow in Brabant: Weatherman Predicts Sneeuwval for Wednesday and Thursday

Residents of Brabant can expect snowfall on Wednesday evening and Thursday morning, according to weather experts. However, the extent of the snowfall will vary across the province, with the east-ern regions more likely to see significant snow.

When and How Long Will it Snow?

Weather presenter Johnny Willemsen of Weerplaza expects the snowfall to last throughout Wednesday night and into Thursday morning. "It will start with rain in the evening, which will then turn into wet snow, especially in the eastern parts," Willemsen stated. Meanwhile, the western parts of the province are more likely to see rain than snow. "The snowfall will be heaviest in the southeastern regions," he said, noting that the farther west you go, the lower the chances of snow.

Snow Expected to Melt Quickly

While the snow is expected to start early in the day on Thursday, it won’t last long. "It will warm up to 5 degrees Celsius during the day, so the snow will melt quickly," Willemsen explained.

Previous Snowfall in Brabant

The upcoming snowfall comes just days after a previous bout that left parts of Brabant under a white blanket on Sunday morning. The snow-covered landscape offered a picturesque sight, with some residents even sharing photos of their winter wonderland on social media.
