Irvine Men Identified as Suspects in Deadly Chino Hills Kidnapping
The San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department identified the victim of a fatal Chino Hills kidnapping and shooting as 60-year-old Shukur Aikebaer of Chino Hills, according to the Los Angeles Times.
