Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce have officially expanded their family. Page Six has exclusively revealed that the newlyweds are the owners of a white dog, a “fluffy family member” they have had for close to a year. Sources indicate that the couple is “very happy” about their “shared pet.” While neither the Grammy-winning singer, 36, nor the Kansas City Chiefs tight end, 36, have publicly confirmed the ownership of the dog, the animal has become a subject of significant fan interest following the couple’s high-profile wedding.
Public Sightings and Travel
The dog, which appears to be a Samoyed breed, made a notable public appearance on Sunday, July 12, 2026. The pup was photographed exiting Taylor Swift’s private jet at the newly renamed President Donald J. Trump International Airport near West Palm Beach, Florida. In images captured by Page Six and TMZ, the dog followed Travis Kelce down the stairs of the aircraft. Kelce, who was dressed casually in a red baseball cap, a white long-sleeve shirt, sweatpants, and Travis Scott Air Jordan 1 Retro Low sneakers, was also seen handling luggage at the end of the flight.
This Florida arrival occurred approximately a week and a half after the couple’s July 3 wedding ceremony at Madison Square Garden in New York City. The dog’s presence on the private jet has fueled speculation that the pet is accompanying the couple on their honeymoon. While Swift was not visible in the photos taken in Palm Beach, observers noted that a pet carrier was offloaded from the jet, leaving open the possibility that Swift’s three cats—Meredith Grey, Olivia Benson, and Benjamin Button—may also be part of the travel party.

A History of Speculation
The recent airport sighting is the latest in a series of observations regarding the mystery pet. Fan speculation first began in March, when video footage surfaced online showing a similar white dog stepping out of a vehicle alongside Swift’s security team in New York City. Later, following the couple’s nuptials, leaked photos from their wedding decor reportedly showed a framed picture of Swift and Kelce posing with a dog. Additionally, fans claimed to have spotted a dog outside Madison Square Garden on the day of the ceremony. Days after the wedding, Kelce was also seen leaving a plane with a dog in his arms.

Domestic Life and Past Incidents
The arrival of the dog has already left an impression on the couple’s home life. During a 2025 appearance on the Fitz & Whit podcast, Jason Kelce, the Philadelphia Eagles center and brother of Travis, shared an anecdote regarding his brother’s home. Travis Kelce had purchased expensive, “over-the-top” green velvet couches, only to discover that his new puppy had chewed a hole in the back of one, Jason explained to hosts Ryan Fitzpatrick and Andrew Whitworth.
A Shift for the Couple
The addition of a dog marks a notable shift for Swift, who is famously known as a cat person. Her three felines—Meredith Grey, adopted in 2011; Olivia Benson, adopted in 2014; and Benjamin Button, adopted in 2019—have long been a fixture of her public image. On July 11, they attended the wedding of NFL player JuJu Smith-Schuster in Orange County, where Swift was seen wearing a floral gown by Markarian and Kelce wore a double-breasted suit. Despite the ongoing public interest, the couple has not provided further details or official statements regarding their new pet.
