Vlissingen Teenager Hospitalized After Stabbing Incident

A 15-year-old boy was left injured following a fight in Vlissingen’s Wijenburg neighborhood last night, the police have confirmed. The teenager, who sustained a stab wound, has now been discharged from the hospital and is recovering at home.

The altercation occurred around 2:00 AM, when a group of juveniles engaged in a heated argument which escalated into a physical brawl. During the fight, the 15-year-old Vlissingen resident was stabbed and suffered a wound to his leg, according to witnesses at the scene.

Emergency services attended to the victim at the location before transporting him to a local hospital for further treatment. Fortunately, police have since announced that he has been released and is no longer in their care.

As of now, no arrests have been made in connection with this incident. Authorities continue to investigate the matter and urge anyone with information to come forward.
