Title: Culiacán: Three Funeral Home Workers Disappear in Durango
Article:
Culiacán, Sinaloa – Authorities are on the lookout for three missing workers from a prominent Culiacán funeral home, who were last seen in Durango. The employees, Carlos Miguel (38), Miguel Ángel (29), and Ramiro, are believed to have gone missing while transporting a body to Monterrey, Nuevo León, in late December.
Carlos Miguel, a resident of Culiacán’s Buenos Aires neighborhood, and Miguel Ángel were traveling in a gray 2012 Kia Sorento with Baja California license plates. Ramiro’s vehicle details or age remain unknown.
The Durango State Attorney General’s Office (FGED) has issued alerts for Carlos Miguel and Miguel Ángel’s cases, while details for Ramiro are still being processed. Their families and authorities of Sinaloa and Durango urge anyone with information regarding their whereabouts to come forward.
The men were last seen alive on December 28 in Gómez Palacio, Durango. In Culiacán, they were last spotted on Cerro Baymena street in the Buenos Aires neighborhood.
This incident comes months after a separate incident involving armed civilians targeting employees of the same funeral home on the Durango-Mazatlán highway in Concordia.
