The refinery, operated by Lukoil, is one of Russia’s largest, with a stated capacity of approximately 13 million tons of oil processed annually. It specializes in producing high-quality petroleum products, including automotive gasoline, diesel fuel, and aviation fuel, which the Ukrainian General Staff notes are used to supply Russia’s occupation forces.
