Ukraine Strikes Russian Military-Industrial Complex in Rostov Region, Disrupting Production of Solid Fuel for Missiles
In a significant strike, the Ukrainian Air Force has targeted a military-industrial complex in the Russian city of Kamensk-Shakhtinski, Rostov Oblast. The complex was producing solid fuel for Russian ballistic missiles, according to a statement released by the Ukrainian military on Thursday (26 December), as reported by New Voice.
"The Russian Federation has used this enterprise to produce solid rocket fuel for ballistic missiles, which have been used to destroy Ukrainian civilian infrastructure such as hospitals, residential buildings, and power plants," the statement reads.
The exact date of the strike was not specified by the Ukrainian military. However, it is known that Kamensk-Shakhtinski in Rostov Oblast, Russia, was hit by a strike on 18 December. Russian media reported the incident, citing at least ten ATMMS rockets. Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) analysts from theproject "CyberBoroshno" revealed that the rocket strikes had hit the production facility of the Kamenka Plant, which produces rocket fuel.
