Breaking: New Financial Aid Now Available from Renowned International Charity
Great news for residents of two territorial communities in the Donetsk region! The ‘Caritas. Volnovakha‘ charity foundation has opened applications for a new round of monetary assistance.
Eligibility Criteria:
To be eligible for this aid, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Residency: Applicants must be living in the unoccupied territories of either the Velikonovoselkovskaya or Komar kommunal communities.
- Non-duplication of aid: Applicants should not have received financial assistance from ‘Caritas’ since August 2023, or from any other organization in the past three months.
- Income threshold: The income of the applicant’s family should not exceed UAH 6318 per month.
- Vulnerable groups: Applicants should belong to one of the vulnerable groups, which include:
- Multi-child families
- Single parents
- Families with seriously ill children
- Individuals with disabilities (I or II group), or children with disabilities
- Senior citizens living alone
- Pregnant women or mothers with children under three years old
- Low-income unemployed individuals

Applicants are encouraged to first register for the selection process through the charity’s official Facebook page. Alternatively, you can call their hotline at 0800336734 from Monday to Friday between 9:30 AM and 4 PM for more information.
