Vice President Mike Pence’s office official tested positive for coronavirus

Washington – An official from the vice president’s office Michael Pence tested positive for coronavirus, the White House reported.

Katie Miller, a spokeswoman for the vice president, said neither President Donald Trump nor Pence has been in contact with the official.

“Further follow-up of additional contact is done according to guidelines from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC),” said Miller.

The official has not been identified.
